This new design is inspired by one of the all-time greatest Judge Dredd stories – ‘The Midnight Surfer’, which saw former teen wall-scrawler Marlon ‘Chopper’ Shakespeare return reborn as a young skysurfing pretender, challenging skysurfers from around the world as they flew between the towering blocks of Mega-City One in a series of increasingly lethal challenges, all the while being pursued and shot at by the Judges. Only the very best could hope to survive, but out of the competition would come name that would be chanted in the streets: Chopper!
