Refund policy

Refunds for purchases made via the Rebellion Shop can be requested though our Contact Form. 

Please select 'Rebellion Shop' in the 'My enquiry is about...' section and fill out the questions.

 

Physical Products

For physical goods, you have the right to cancel within 14 working days of any goods being delivered. If there is a problem with any item that you receive, please contact our customer support team as soon as the item is delivered.

Returns addresses are detailed on the packing slip or can be provided by our customer support team. Please note that any goods returned will be at your expense.

Merchandise cannot be returned or refunded if missing parts, used, washed or damaged, unless the merchandise arrived to you in this condition. If your merchandise has arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product(s). Be advised that you will only be refunded for the product(s) returned (minus any shipping charges).

 

Digital products (steam keys / digital comics)

For purchased digital content downloads (including Steam keys), you will not have the right to cancel once a download has started or the Steam key has been activated. We will need to check that digital goods have not been downloaded or activated before any refunds relating to them can be issued.

 

Product bundles or free items with purchase

For full refunds, the entire contents of a bundle or items which come as an additional or free gift with purchase, must be returned.

 

Returning limited edition and collector’s edition items

Limited-Edition items are produced in limited quantities. We will make all possible reasonable considerations to address issues that arise from Limited-Edition items that arrive damaged to customers. However, if our supply of replacements is exhausted, and we have determined a Limited-Edition item arrived damaged to the customer, we will offer the customer a refund of the Limited-Edition purchase price, subject to our standard return policy (including the return of the Limited-Edition item at the customer’s expense).

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. But please feel free to contact our Customer Service team for return inquiries.

Please note per our return policy, all return refunds are for the product only and do not include shipping charges, which are at the customer’s expense).

Some items are not eligible for a return. These items will have additional information included on their product pages - these items include the following:

Damaged Products

Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and contact our customer support team,  include both photos and order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return
